Licensing

Two licenses, no confusion. Open source stuff is free forever. Paid stuff is per-developer, unlimited projects.

Free & Open Source

MIT License

Everything we open source is released under the MIT License. That means you can use it, modify it, distribute it, sell things built with it — basically do whatever you want. No strings attached. We're not going to come after you.

You can:

  • Use in personal and commercial projects
  • Modify and adapt the code
  • Distribute it freely
  • Use as a starting point for anything

Just don't:

  • Remove the license/copyright notice
  • Blame us if something breaks
Paid Templates

Commercial License — Unlimited per Developer

When you buy a template, you get a license tied to you as a developer. One purchase = one developer = unlimited projects. Build as many apps, SaaS products, or client sites as you want. No per-project fees, no usage limits, no "contact us for enterprise pricing" nonsense.

You can:

  • Unlimited personal & commercial projects
  • Modify the code however you want
  • Build and sell products with it
  • Use for client work

You cannot:

  • Share or redistribute the source code
  • Resell as a template
  • Claim authorship of the design/code

Teams & multiple developers

Each developer on your team who directly works with the template source code needs their own license. If you have 3 developers touching the code, you need 3 licenses. If only one dev sets it up and the rest work on top of it without accessing the original template code, one license is enough. We trust you to be honest about it — we're not going to audit your GitHub.

License activation

After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email. Use it on the activation page to get access to the template repository. One key, one developer, unlimited builds. Simple.

What happens if I violate the license?

We'll reach out nicely first — most violations are accidental. If it's intentional redistribution, we'll revoke your license and access. We'd rather not do that. Don't make us do that.

Governing law

This license agreement is governed by Romanian law. Yes, Romanian law — it's strict, thorough, and not particularly fun for anyone involved. Trust us, you don't want us to actually enforce it. So let's all be reasonable, respect the terms, and never have to find out what a Romanian court looks like from the inside. Deal?

Questions?
