Refund Policy
The short version: we don't do refunds. The long version is below, but it basically says the same thing.
No refunds on digital products
All sales are final. Once you purchase a template, you get instant access to the source code. We can't un-deliver a digital product — it's not like we can take the code back from your hard drive. Well, we could, but that would be illegal and also very creepy.
Why no refunds?
- You see what you get — every template has a live preview, feature list, tech stack breakdown, and screenshots. We don't hide anything.
- Instant delivery — you get the full source code immediately. There's no way to "return" code you've already downloaded.
- We're two guys — not a faceless corporation. Every refund would mean we worked for free. Robert's girlfriend would not be happy about that.
"But what if..."
"I bought the wrong template"
Email us. We're reasonable humans. If you bought Template A but wanted Template B, we'll work something out.
"The template doesn't work"
That's a bug, not a refund situation. Email us and we'll fix it. We actually care about our code working.
"I changed my mind"
Understandable, but no. You had previews, demos, and feature lists. We gave you every opportunity to decide before buying.
"I'm going to do a chargeback"
Please don't. Talk to us first. Chargebacks cost us fees and headaches, and we'll just revoke your license anyway. Nobody wins. Let's be adults about it.
Custom development
For custom development projects, payment terms and any applicable refund conditions are outlined in the project agreement before work begins. These are handled case-by-case because every project is different.
