Terms of Service
The boring legal stuff nobody reads — but you probably should, because we kept it short and honest.
1. What you're agreeing to
By using peal.dev, buying our templates, or even just aggressively scrolling through the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine — we'll miss you, but we'll survive.
2. Our templates
When you purchase a template, you get a license to use it in your projects. You can build client work, SaaS apps, side projects — whatever you want. What you can't do is resell, redistribute, or claim you made it. We put the hours in, not you.
See our Licensing page →3. Payments
We use Stripe for payments. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles that and they're very good at it. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply depending on where you live (blame your government, not us).
4. Refunds
We don't offer refunds. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. We show you previews, demos, and feature lists before you buy — so you know exactly what you're getting.
See our Refund Policy →5. Your account
If you create an account, keep your credentials safe. We're not responsible if someone logs in as you because your password was "password123". You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
6. Intellectual property
Everything on peal.dev — the brand, the designs, the code, the sarcastic copy — is ours. Your purchase gives you a license to use our templates, not ownership of our IP. Don't copy our site. We'll notice.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep things running, but we're two guys, not AWS. Sometimes things break. We'll fix them as fast as we can, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. If you need an SLA, you probably need enterprise software, not our templates.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide templates "as is." If you deploy something built with our code and it sets your production server on fire, that's on you. We're not liable for any damages beyond what you paid us.
9. Changes to these terms
We might update these terms occasionally. We'll try to let you know, but it's your job to check back. Continued use of peal.dev means you accept whatever the latest version says.
