Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Email address — when you buy a template, subscribe to the newsletter, or create an account. We need it to send you stuff.
• Payment info — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics — page views, referrers, the usual. Nothing creepy, no fingerprinting.
• Cookies — session cookies and a few functional ones. No third-party ad trackers.

2. What we don't collect

We don't track your mouse movements, record your screen, sell your data to advertisers, or do any of the weird stuff that makes you clear your cookies at 2am. We're developers, not data brokers.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver the templates you bought (obviously)
• To send you newsletter emails (only if you subscribed)
• To manage your license keys and account
• To improve the site based on aggregate analytics
• To respond to your support emails

That's it. No "personalized ad experiences." We don't have partners. It's just Robert and Stefan.

4. Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy.
• Resend — email delivery for newsletters and transactional emails.
• Vercel — hosting. They process requests to serve the site.

5. Data retention

We keep your data as long as you have an account or an active license. If you want us to delete everything, email us and we'll wipe it. No drama, no "are you sure?" popups.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Just email hello@peal.dev. We'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe (we're fast, but we also sleep sometimes).

7. GDPR & international

We're based in Romania (EU), so GDPR applies by default. If you're in the EU, you have all the usual rights — access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. If you're outside the EU, we still treat your data the same way because it's the right thing to do.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here. We won't suddenly start selling your data — that would require effort we'd rather spend building templates.
